Wat Mongkhon Bophit contains numerous small Golden Buddha Images in addition to one of the largest bronze Buddha images in Thailand. Tiny slivers of gold leaf shimmered brightly on many of the smaller Buddha images. Small pieces of fruit, photographs and incense were placed as offerings throughout the temple.
Ayutthaya was once the capital of the Thai Empire. With 3 palaces and over 400 temples, it was considered one of the most spectacular cities on earth. In 1767 is was conquered and nearly everything was destroyed by Burmese invaders. The remaining ruins have been granted World Heritage Site status by UNESCO.
In my studio, I experiment with watercolor, acrylic, collage, oil and wax, creating handpainted textures which I layer and blend into the impressionistic final image.

FINE ART PRINTS : I print each image by hand on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Paper using archival inks, including a white border around the edges to allow for a matte or frame. Each piece is titled and signed on the back.
FINE ART CANVAS : The image artwork wraps around the edges of the canvas and is carefully stretched and stapled to 2 ½” solid wood stretcher bars. The finished canvas has a satin finish with a UV coating to protect against fading and is shipped ready to hang.

The art ships within 3 business days of purchase via USPS, with tracking and signature confirmation. All prints are carefully packaged in a clear archival sleeve with backing and shipped in a protective rigid mailer. All U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with free delivery tracking. International orders ship USPS First Class Mail.
I offer free pickup of original art at my studio in Denver. Contact me for a delivery quote for an in-person delivery within the Rocky Mountain Region.
