Once Upon A Yoga Mat in Denver
Karaoke + Art + Yoga | June 5th, 2022 \ 2pm-4pm
Take a creative journey all around your yoga mat with an embodied creative practice to spark your soul. Art Journaling is a potent creative process that can empower us to express our hopes, dreams, and ideas. The workshop includes supplies: 4x6 blank journal, crayons, glue stick, original fine art images, collage sheets, and hand painted papers that you can use on your very own pages! Over the course of two hours, we will use the power of sound, vibration, and movement. Inspired by a 30 minute karaoke yoga flow and a poetry reading, we will explore a variety of mixed media techniques to spill your creative spark onto the pages of your very own pocket sized treasure.
