Episode 008, a life update

first - catch a peek at the NEW ART coming to the shop on Friday! I have found my way back to the encaustic paintings, and just before my “Everything must go sale, I had to make something new.
Also, back on the website, my famous “Guilty Pleasures Karaoke classes. I have just created a new 30 day membership option, for just 15 bucks, you can join me for 30 min daily specials, sign up and get 3 free days to give it a try. Some days just a ride, others just yoga, and special art classes are sprinkled over the week.
I’ve been waiting for the “right” time - and honestly, that time is NOW. NOW is the only time we have, and for the next 30 days or so I’ve got my trusty steel horse at my side before it gets loaded up into a shipping container and sent across the world.
Just a little bit of rhythm, and movement releases a salty stream of tears endlessly down my cheeks in yoga. The messages of “Don’t just do something, sit there” , and being “halfway through summer” sent a vibe of inspiration and sent me running over to Spotify to make the new playlist that kicked things off on Aug 1st.
There is magic and possibility in this daily unknown, I’m going to lean in to the as new rhythms echo across my days.
