The honest truth : I’m struggling

In this video, I dive deeper into how I'm really feeling at this moment of change as the first few orders of "Pear Tree #1" are officially signed and shipped and I made it to another great yoga class at Karma.

It's been an exciting and exhausting week.  So much change is bubbling all around, I'm so happy to have made some progress.

We are still in limbo as we await mediation and logistics for France, but we are still sorting, downsizing, minimizing and packing.  It's a lot to balance as we don't have our final timeline and destination details sorted.

I still have 21 prints available of "Pear Tree #1" and I learned a lot about the different ways to edition prints, I'm eager to get back to making, painting, and collaging my way through all this anxiety.

Oh Yoga, and so grateful for Karma. In class on Tuesday, the teacher said "Don't abandon yourself in the transition" and it really struck a cord for me.  I've been so overwhelmed with the culture shock of reintegrating back into our life in America, that self care and the routines I've built to keep me upright on this journey of life had fallen away.

Remember being human takes practice and remember to wrap yourself in some compassion.
